Does the end user need to install anything on their computer?
No. MailSpan is a cloud-hosted app. You install it from the Monday.com marketplace and configure it entirely in your browser. Nothing to download.
Which email providers does it work with?
Any provider that supports IMAP and SMTP — which is essentially all of them. Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, Zoho, Fastmail, custom business servers. Quick preset buttons fill in the settings for the most common providers.
Is my email password stored securely?
Yes. All credentials are encrypted with AES-256 before being stored in the database. We never store or expose passwords in plain text.
What happens when I hit my monthly email limit?
Emails are paused until your plan resets or you upgrade. You'll be notified immediately, and you can upgrade in one click to unblock your emails instantly.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Manage, pause, or cancel your subscription any time from the billing page inside MailSpan. No contracts, no questions.
